Welcome & history

Welcome to Mill Creek — a community where neighbors know one another and tradition runs deep. Founded in the 1800s with the establishment of a post office in 1852, Mill Creek was incorporated in 1902 in Indian Territory. Though less than one square mile, the community has played an important role in the region’s growth, particularly through mining and agriculture. Today, Mill Creek continues to balance its history with a vision for the future.
