Agenda

1.    Call to Order.

2.    Roll Call.

3.    Discuss and/or approve December 8, 2025, minutes.

4.    The final walkthrough for water project should be Thursday the 15th. We still have paperwork that needs to be sent to OWRB, HIS, and reports for Chickasaw Nation.

5.    Discuss getting CL Boyd to finance equipment or going somewhere else for financing.

6.    Discuss work that may be done on lagoons.

7.    Council to hear comments from the public. Limited to 3 minutes per speaker for a total of 15 minutes on non-agenda items. No formal action will be taken at this time.

8.    Discuss and/or approve Superintendent Report.

9.    Discuss and/or approve Treasurer Report.

10. Discuss and/or approve all claims.

11. Discuss any New Business.

12. Remarks by Governing Board.

13. Adjournment by Motion.
